- Hourly (Temporary Technical Assistance) - helping a company solve a software
or hardware related problem. Non-emergency technical aid.
- Contract Work - routine system maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, and network administration
- Emergency Recovery - includes such things as bringing back to life a network and/or major disaster recovery.

unique nature of each computer system.
