Direct Computer Solutions will offer three main service rates:

1. Hourly (Temporary Technical Assistance) - helping a company solve a software or hardware related problem. Non-emergency technical aid.
2. Contract Work - routine system maintenance, software upgrades, hardware upgrades, and network administration
3. Emergency Recovery - includes such things as bringing back to life a network and/or major disaster recovery.

Due to the unique nature of each computer and network system, we are unable to provide detailed pricing estimates on our site for our services.
